Protein Energy Balls

 Ingredients List

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seed
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Optional: nuts, craisens, sunflower seeds, protein powder, etc


Mix dry ingredients. Mix in PB and honey well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Roll into balls.
