Ingredients List
- 2 lb Ground Beef; 90% Lean
- 1 c Onion; Chopped
- 2 ts Garlic; Chopped
- 2 tb Chili Powder
- 1 ts Oregano
- 1 ts Salt
- 2 c Roasted Green Chiles;
- -Chopped
- 16 oz Stewed Tomatoes
- 1 lb Pinto Beans; Cooked
Directions
Cook beef in large skillet until brown and crumbly; drain excess fat. Add
onions and garlic and cook until onion is wilted. Add remaining ingredients
and simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, until chili is thick, about an
hour. Serve with tortillas or crusty bread.
