 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Soy flour, defatted
  • 1 c Brown rice flour
  • Or garbanzo bean flour -- *
  • See note
  • 2 ts Baking powder
  • 2 ts Honey
  • 1 tb Applesauce
  • 1/3 c Water


Combine ingredients, mixing well. Drop by spoonfulls onto lightly oiled or
non-stick baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 325 degrees until brown
on edges.
