 Ingredients List

  • 1 - 16 ounce package chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1 - 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3 cups Cool Whip, divided
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

 Directions

1. Press the cookie dough evenly into the bottom of a greased 10 inch pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees for 14-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool completely. Press the cookie dough down to form a crust.

2. Beat the cream cheese, sugars, and pumpkin together. Stir in the cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip gently into the pumpkin mixture. Spoon into the cooled cookie crust.

3. Top with the remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle the mini chocolate chips around the edges for decoration. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving. Cut into 10-12 slices.
