 Ingredients List

  • 2/3 c Dry milk
  • 1 ts Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 ts Cinnamon
  • 8 pk Equal or Sweet and Low
  • 1 ts Baking soda
  • 7 tb Flour
  • 1/2 c Grated carrot
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 c Pumpkin
  • 1 ts Vanilla
  • 4 tb Raisins

 Directions

1. Spray 12 muffin tin with non fat spray.
2. Mix all ingredients together. Fill muffin tin. Bake at 375F for 20
minutes.

6 muffins = 1 Bread, 1 Protein, 1 Vegetable, 1 Fat, 1 Milk
