Pumpkin Pecan Pie Bars

Ingredients List
- Crust
- 2 c. Simple Truth flour
- 3/4 c. butter softened
- 1/3 c. Simple Truth sugar
- Pumpkin Layer
- 1 egg beaten slightly
- 1 14 oz. can Simple Truth Pumpkin Puree
- 3/4 c. Simple Truth sugar
- 1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Pecan Pie Layer
- 2 eggs beaten slightly
- 1 c. Simple Truth sugar
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp. butter melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. Simple Truth chopped pecans
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine ingredients for crust in a medium mixing bowl; press into the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and reduce heat to 350 degrees.
In a separate bowl, combine ingredients for pumpkin layer and stir until mixed.
Spread pumpkin mixture evenly over baked crust.
Combine ingredients for pecan pie layer and stir until mixed.
Spread pecan mixture evenly over pumpkin mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
Cool completely; store in refrigerator.
