Ingredients List
- Rimming "sugar":
- 2 tbsp finely ground pecans
- 1/2 tbsp Swerve Sweetener or granulated erythritol
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- Martini:
- 2 oz vanilla vodka
- 1 1/2 oz dark rum
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tbsp Swerve Sweetener or granulated erythritol
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
Directions
1. On a shallow plate, combine ground pecans, erythritol and cinnamon. Wet the rims of two martini glasses and dip into pecan mixture. Set aside.
2. Fill a large cocktail shaker with ice and add vodka, rum, pumpkin, cream, erythritol, cinnamon, and ginger.
3. Shake vigorously, then strain into prepared martini glasses.
4. Sprinkle with a little nutmeg and serve.
