Pumpkin Spice Smoothies

 Ingredients List

  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon + more for dusting
  • â…› teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • â…› teaspoon ground cloves
  • â…› teaspoon ground allspice
  • ½ cup ice
  • whipped cream
  • cinnamon sticks (optional)


Combine all of the ingredients in your blender and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses, top with whipped cream, dust with cinnamon and add a cinnamon stick for a nice touch! Enjoy!
