Quick and easy breakfast casserole

Ingredients List
- 1 lb ham, bacon or sausage; cooked and diced
- 1 small diced onion
- 16 oz. hash browns, frozen
- 3/4 cup cheese, shredded
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Step 1: Lightly grease or line your crock pot.
Step 2: Layer the frozen hash browns, meat of choice, onion, and cheese in that order and repeat.
Step 3: Beat the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Add this mixture over the layered ingredients.
Step 4: Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Step 5: Enjoy!
