Quick Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients List
- 1/4 c Margarine
- 3 Squares (1-oz) unsweetened
- -chocolate
- 1/2 c Light corn syrup
- 1 tb Water
- 1 ts Vanilla
- 1 pk (16-oz) powdered sugar
- 1 c Chopped nuts
Directions
Grease an 8x8 pyrex pan. In a 2 quart saucepan, melt margarine and
chocolate. Stir in corn syrup, water and vanilla. Remove from heat. Add
sugar and nuts. Stir until smooth. Pour into pan, cool, and cut into
squares. Yield: 20 pieces.
