Quick Kringles

 Ingredients List

  • 2 c Flour
  • 1 c Sour Cream
  • 1 c Butter
  • Canned Pastry filling

 Directions

Blend flour and butter with hand blender as for a pie crust. Add sour
cream. Chill. Cut dough into 4 pieces. Roll out into rectangle shapes in
plenty of flour between waxed paper. Cover center third of each with
filling and fold 1/3 on each side over. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake
350 degrees F. for 30 to 35 minutes. When cool, dribble with icing. Icing:
2 Tb soft butter , 1 1/2 c Powdered sugar, Milk Mix butter and sugar. Add
just enough milk for dribbling consistency.

Note: Canned pastry filling comes in flavors like almond, apricot, poppy
seed and quite a few more in the baking section of your grocery store.
