 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 c Water
  • 10 oz Frozen baby lima beans, (1
  • -package) thawed
  • 10 oz Frozen whole kernel corn, (1
  • -package) thawed
  • 3/4 c Diced green bell pepper
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1/4 ts Dried whole summer savory,
  • -crushed
  • 2 c Seeded and diced peeled
  • -tomato


Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add beans; cook, uncovered, 5 minutes.
Add corn and next 3 ingredients; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat, and stir in tomato. Yield: 5 servings (serving size:
