Ingredients List
- 1 sm Onion, cut in chunks
- 1 sm Garlic clove, cut in half
- 1 lg Unpeeled cucumber, halved
- Lengthwise, seeded & cut in

- 1 c Plain low fat yogurt
- 1/2 ts Sugar
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1 ds Ground red pepper
Directions
Chop onion & garlic in food processor or blender. Add cucumber &
