 Ingredients List

  • 1 sm Onion, cut in chunks
  • 1 sm Garlic clove, cut in half
  • 1 lg Unpeeled cucumber, halved
  • Lengthwise, seeded & cut in
  • Chunks
  • 1 c Plain low fat yogurt
  • 1/2 ts Sugar
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 1 ds Ground red pepper


Chop onion & garlic in food processor or blender. Add cucumber &
continue processing until chopped fine. Scrape into bowl. Stir in
yogurt, sugar, salt & red pepper. Serve immediately or cover &
refrigerate up to 2 days.
