- Annie Chun”™s Ramen House, any flavor
- 1 egg (or egg white substitute)
- ~~~~~~ For burger ~~~~~~
- 1 lean turkey patty
Directions
In a saucepan, bring 1 1/2 cups of water to a boil. Cook noodles for 1 minute, then remove from heat and drain. In a small bowl, whisk one egg or egg white substitute. Add cooked ramen and stir until noodles are coated in egg. Divide into two portions, and place each half into ramekins or other patty-ish containers. Cover ramen with plastic wrap and weigh down””like with a soup can””to form into bun shape. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. Remove ramen “buns” and cook over medium-high heat until the patties are golden brown on both sides.
For burger, thaw turkey patty in fridge. Mix one tablespoon olive oil with black pepper, chili powder, or sage, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Brush oil mixture on both sides of patty and set for 30 minutes max. Put patty in skillet and cook until browned on both sides. Close patty in the buns, top with your favorite condiments, and eat!
