Ranch 7 Layer Salad

 Ingredients List

  • 8 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1½ cups frozen peas, defrosted
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • ½ cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups leftover turkey (or chicken)
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • Dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup plain yogurt (or sour cream)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • Toppings
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese

 Directions

Place the lettuce in 9x13 dish. Layer remaining vegetables.
Combine dressing ingredients and spread over lettuce. Top with cheese and bacon.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) before serving.
