Ranch Slaw

 Ingredients List

  • 4 c Thinly sliced napa cabbage
  • -(Chinese cabbage)
  • 1/4 c Chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 c Chopped yellow bell peppers
  • 1/4 c Unsalted cashews, toasted
  • 1/4 c Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tb Olive oil
  • 1/8 ts Salt
  • 1/8 ts Pepper


Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, and toss well. Cover and chill
30 minutes. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
