Ranchero Chili and Rice

 Ingredients List

  • 1 lb Ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 md Onion; diced
  • 2 cn (10.5-oz) condensed
  • -vegetable beef soup
  • 2 tb Chili powder
  • 3 c Hot cooked brown rice

 Directions

Cook beef and onion in large skillet about 5 minutes or until beef is
browned, stirring to crumble beef. Add condensed soup and chili powder;
simmer about 10 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
