Rasta Bowtie Pasta

 Ingredients List

  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 2 Tbl olive oil
  • 1 c chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 broccoli florets
  • 1 medium red pepper, roasted
  • 1 c grilled chicken, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1 c prepared Alfredo sauce
  • 1/8 c prepared basil pesto sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 Tbl shredded Parmesan cheese


Cook pasta according to package directions.

Drain well and set aside.

Add spinach, broccoli, red pepper and grilled chicken.

Toss to combine.

Stir in Alfredo and pesto sauces.

Simmer for 5 minutes.

Reheat pasta if necessary.

Pour pasta into bowl and top with vegetable/sauce mixture.

Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
