Rebecca Sauce and Strawberries

 Ingredients List

  • 2 c Confectioners' sugar, sifted
  • -plus additional for dipping
  • 2 tb Bourbon
  • 1 ts Vanilla
  • Cream (opt)
  • 2 pt Fresh strawberries; stems on

 Directions

Mix 2 cups confectioners sugar, bourbon and vanilla.
Add a little cream if desired and blend until smooth.
Serve sauce with strawberries and bowl of
confectioners sugar. To eat, hold strawberry by stem,
dip in sauce, then roll in sugar.
