Red Grape & Tuna Salad Pita

 Ingredients List

  • 3 ozs tuna (drained, packed in water)
  • 1/2 cup grapes (halved red)
  • 1 tbsp slivered almonds
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsps olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 whole pita (halved)


1. Combine first 7 ingredients (through pepper) in a small bowl. Toss gently. Serve in pita halves.
