Red Snapper Fillets, Florida Style

 Ingredients List

  • 1 1/2 lb Red snapper fillets
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 ts Grated orange rind
  • 1 ts Grated grapefruit rind or
  • A combination of lemon and
  • -lime

 Directions

Recipe by: Fannie Farmer Preheat oven to 400F. Put the fillets in a lightly
buttered baking dish. Sprinkle them lightly with salt and pepper and
nutmeg and distribute the grated rinds on top. Cover with foil and bake 15
minutes.
