Red Wine and Oregano Marinade

 Ingredients List

  • 1/4 c Finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 c Finely chopped fresh oregano
  • -or 2 tsp. dry
  • 6 Cloves garlic; minced
  • 1/4 ts Pepper
  • 1/4 c Dry red wine
  • 3 tb Soy sauce
  • 1 tb Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tb Red wine vinegar


In blender container, combine all ingredients; blend well. Pour mixture
over lamb chops, beef steak, or lamb or beef cubes for kabobs. Let stand at
room temperature for 15 minutes to marinate. Makes 3/4 cupenough for 4
servings of meat.
