Red Wine Mushrooms

  • 8 ounces crimini mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


In a non-stick skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the mushrooms to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and saute for 6-8 minutes, stirring frequently, until the mushrooms are golden.
Reduce heat to low and pour the wine into the skillet. Simmer until most of the wine has evaporated. Top with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately.
