Redbook Meatballs

 Ingredients List

  • 2 lb Ground beef
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 c Corn flake crumbs
  • 2 tb Soy sauce
  • 1/3 c Parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tb Garlic powder
  • 1/3 c Catsup
  • 2 tb Onion; minced
  • 1 lb Jellied cranberry sauce,
  • -canned
  • Bottle chilie sauce; 12 oz
  • 1 tb Lemon juice
  • 2 tb Dark brown sugar


Combine all but last four ingredients and form into 60 meatballs. Combine
cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice and melt
together. Pour sauce over meatballs and bake uncovered 30 min. at
350 degrees.
