Reese’s Peanut Butter Banana Bread

  • 3 Ripe, mashed bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 8 oz Reese's Mini Cups

 Directions

1. Grease loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Mash bananas.
3. Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt, set aside.
4. In another bowl, gently stir together, bananas, peanut butter, oil, granulated sugar and brown sugars, and egg.
5. Pour dry ingredients over the wet ingredients.
6. Stir until combined. This will be lumpy. Do not over stir.
7. Fold in Reese's Mini Cups.
8. Pour into loaf pan.
9. Bake in oven for one hour or until cake tested comes out clean.
