Refried Bean Burgers

 Ingredients List

  • 2 c Fantastic Foods instant
  • Refried Beans, prepared
  • According to package
  • Directions
  • 1/2 c Stock or water, if needed
  • 1 c Cooked rice
  • 1 c Toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tb Nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 c Tamari
  • 1/4 ts Oregano
  • 1/4 ts Thyme
  • 1/2 c Raw grated carrots
  • 2 c Rolled oats or bread crumbs


Mix all ingredients together and form into patties.
Freeze, then take out and fry or bake. Mustard can be added for a
different taste.

Makes 10-12 burgers.
