Remoulade Mayonnaise
Ingredients List
- 1 c Prepared mayonnaise
- 1 Scallion; (3 inches of green
- -left on)
- 2 ts Tiny capers; chopped
- 1 tb Flat leaf parsley; (chopped)
- 1 tb Dijon-style mustard
- 2 ts Whole-grain mustard
- 1 ts Tarragon vinegar
- 1/4 ts Tabasco sauce
- Salt and freshly ground
- Black pepper; to taste
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate, covered, until
time to use.
