Remoulade Sauce - White - for Seafood

 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c Salad oil
  • 2 tb Dry mustard
  • 1 tb Green onion; chopped
  • 1 tb Celery; chopped
  • 1 tb Parsley; chopped
  • 1 tb Horseradish (or more)
  • 2 tb Tarragon vinegar
  • 2 tb Tomato catsup
  • 2 tb Paprika
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 ds Hot sauce

 Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Taste and add
seasonings if need be.

Chill thoroughly.

Serve with peeled cooked shrimp on a bed of lettuce.
