Ribs with Plum Sauce
Ingredients List
- 5 lb Pork spareribs; (5 Or 6 Lbs)
- 3/4 c Soy sauce
- 3/4 c Plum Jam Or Apricot
- -Preserves
- 3/4 c Honey
- 2 Garlic cloves; Minced
Directions
Cut ribs into serving-size pieces; place with bone side down on a rack in a
shallow roasting pan. Cover and bake at 350F for 1 hour or until ribs are
tender; drain. Combine remaining ingredients; brush some of the sauce over
ribs. Bake at 350F or grill over medium coals, uncovered, for 30 minutes,
brushing occasionally with sauce. Yield: 6 servings.
