Rice and Beef Oriental

 Ingredients List

  • 3/4 lb Flank steak, cut into thin
  • Strips
  • 2 tb Oil
  • 1 1/2 c Broccoli florets
  • 1/2 c Scallions,cut diagonally
  • Into 1" pieces
  • 1/2 c Diced red pepper
  • 1 1/2 c Water
  • 2 tb Dry sherry
  • 1 tb Soy sauce
  • 1 pk French's Spice Your Rice
  • Beef and Onions Flavor
  • Seasoning
  • 1 1/2 c Rice

 Directions

Saute beef in oil in large skillet until browned,about 3 to 5 minutes.Add
vegetables and stir fry 2 minutes.Add water,sherry,soy sauce and seasoning
mix.Bring to a full boil.Stir in rice.Cover; remove from heat.Let stand 5
minutes.Fluff with a fork.Makes 4 servings
