Rice and Beef Oriental
Ingredients List
- 3/4 lb Flank steak, cut into thin
- Strips
- 2 tb Oil
- 1 1/2 c Broccoli florets
- 1/2 c Scallions,cut diagonally
- Into 1" pieces
- 1/2 c Diced red pepper
- 1 1/2 c Water
- 2 tb Dry sherry
- 1 tb Soy sauce
- 1 pk French's Spice Your Rice
- Beef and Onions Flavor
- Seasoning
- 1 1/2 c Rice
Directions
Saute beef in oil in large skillet until browned,about 3 to 5 minutes.Add
vegetables and stir fry 2 minutes.Add water,sherry,soy sauce and seasoning
mix.Bring to a full boil.Stir in rice.Cover; remove from heat.Let stand 5
minutes.Fluff with a fork.Makes 4 servings
