Rice and Chili

 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Raw rice; cooked
  • 1 pt Sour cream
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/4 ts Accent
  • 4 c Chopped green chiles
  • 2 c Grated sharp Cheddar
  • Paprika

 Directions

Combine all ingredients except paprika & 1/2 cup of the cheese. (Use fewer
chiles according to individual tastes). Mix well & pour into casserole. Top
with remaining cheese & a generous sprinkling of paprika. Bake until
bubbly.
