 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Uncooked rice
  • 2 1/2 c Chicken broth
  • 1 ts Seasoned salt
  • 1/4 c Melted butter
  • 1/2 c Green pepper; slivered
  • 1/2 c Green onions w/tops; chopped
  • 3 tb Diced pimiento

 Directions

Cook rice in broth with seasoned salt. Saute onions and pepper in butter
until tender. Add rice. Add pimiento and serve.
