Rice Payasa - Aritha Payasa

 Ingredients List

  • 2 tb Basmati rice
  • 1 1/2 l Fresh milk
  • 1/2 l Condensed milk
  • 1/4 c Raisins
  • 12 Almonds; chopped


Boil fresh milk with rice and reduce quantity to 1 liter. Add condensed
milk and keep stirring for some time. Add raisins and garnish with chopped
almonds. Serve hot or cold.
