Rice with Apples And Raisins - Lf

 Ingredients List

  • 1 tb Olive oil
  • 1 c Rice
  • 1 sm Onion; chopped
  • 1 md Apple; peeled and cored and
  • -chopped
  • 1/2 c Golden raisins
  • 2 ts Concentrated chicken stock;
  • -dissolved in
  • 2 c Hot water
  • 3/4 ts Curry powder
  • Pepper; to taste

 Directions

Saute onion in oil. Add rice and brown slightly. Add remaining ingredients
in order listed. Bring toa boil. Cover and reduce heat to slow simmer. cook
15 minutes until rice is tender.
