  • 3/4 c Chicken stock
  • 1 md Shallot finely chopped
  • 3/4 c Whipping cream
  • 6 tb Cold butter,cut into 6

  • 1 1/2 tb Chives, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 tb Parsley chopped
