  • Sauce
  • 3 c Chicken stock
  • 1 c Beef stock
  • 1/2 c Plum tomatoes, seeded, diced
  • 1/2 c Dry marsala
  • 2 tb Butter, chilled, cut up
  • 2 tb Italian parsley, chopped
