Roast Chicken with Peach Chutney

 Ingredients List

  • 4 lg Chicken Breasts; boneless
  • 1 Jar Peach Chutney; see
  • -Recipe
  • Salt And Pepper; to taste
  • 1/4 c Oil


Flatten the chicken breasts with a cleaver. Season with salt and pepper.

Put 2 tablespoons of the peach chutney in the middle of the flatten breast.
Roll the breast up so that the chutney is in the middle. You can secure it
with some toothpicks.

Roast it with some oil in an oven marked 450 degrees.
