  • 1 tb Grated orange rind
  • 1 1/2 lb Boneless pork loin
  • 1 1/2 ts Olive oil
  • 1 c Raspberries
  • 1 c Defatted stock
  • 1 c Cider
  • 2 tb Cold water
  • 1 tb Cornstarch
  • 1 Pinch ground white pepper
