Roasted Broccoli

 Ingredients List

  • 1½ - 2 pounds of broccoli
  • 6 - 8 garlic cloves, peeled and smashed
  • 3 - 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

 Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Cut broccoli into florets, leaving some stem intact. Combine broccoli, garlic and olive oil in large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Place broccoli onto baking sheet and roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, shaking and/or turning broccoli halfway through.

The broccoli will be nicely browned on the tips when it is done.
