Roasted Quail and Apple Jerky Salsa Part 2 of 3 - Glaze

 Ingredients List

  • 4 c Fresh apple cider
  • 1/4 c Fresh ginger; diced
  • 1/2 c Brown sugar
  • 2 ts Cinnamon


Puree together 1/4 cup apple cider and ginger and place puree in a saucepan
with the remaining cider, sugar and cinnamon. Simmer for 30 to 35 minutes
over medium heat until reduced to the consistency of maple syrup.
