Ingredients List
- 1 1/2 c Red or black raspberry
- -preserves or jam; seedless,
- DO NOT USE JELLY***
- 2 tb Red raspberry vinegar
- 2 tb Lemon juice
- 1 ts Lemon zest
- 1 ts Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ts Dijon mustard
- 1/4 ts Ground mace
Directions
Scoop the raspberry preserves into a small stainless steel or flame proof
ceramic saucepan and blend in the vinegar, lemon juice and zest,
Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and mace. Heat to boiling, the simmer gently
for 5 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Makes about 2 cups.
