  • 1 1/2 lb Roquefort, room temp
  • 1 lb Cream cheese, room temp
  • 1/2 lb Butter, room temp
  • Cognac to taste
  • Pecans, crush


Process all but nuts. Divide in half. Roll in foil. Refrigerate until
workable. Roll in nuts.
