  • 1 pt Heavy cream
  • 1 c Butter
  • 1 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tb Fresh Parsley
  • Pepper to taste
  • Chopped garlic
  • 2 tb Tomato paste


Melt butter. Stir in heavy cream, chopped garlaic, parsley, and pepper. Add
cheese. Stir in 2-3 tbsp tomato paste. Heat until thickened, stirring
