Rum Raisin Ice Cream

 Ingredients List

  • 1 Very ripe banana
  • 1 ts Lowfat yogurt
  • 1/4 ts Rum extract
  • 1 tb Raisins

 Directions

Peel banana, wrap in plastic and freeze 24 hours. Thaw slightly, combine in
blender with remaining ingredients except raisins. Blend until smoothl.
Stir in raisins. Serve.
