Ruth Agar's Standing Rib Roast

 Ingredients List

  • 1 Standing rib roast
  • Coarsely ground pepper
  • Seasoned salt
  • Crazy Jane's Mixed Up salt
  • Meat thermometer


Coat roast GENEROUSLY with spices. Place in a roasting pan with meat
thermometer in center. Cook over indirect fire on outside grill with grill
lid down. Open to check internal temperature at 30 minute intervals until
thermometer registers desired degree of doneness.
