- 3 1/4 c Water
- 1/4 ts Saffron
- 1 c Long-grain rice; rinsed well

- Salt to taste
- 2 tb Butter
- 2 oz Unsalted cashew nuts
- 4 Whole cloves
- 1/2 c Lime juice
