  • 1/4 lb Kasseri cheese
  • 4 tb Butter
  • 1/2 Lemon, juice of

Tiganismeno, squares of this buttery cheese fried in butter. Cut the cheese
in 1/4 inch slices, cut in squares, and fry in hot butter until golden.
Serve with a squeeze of lemon.
