Salmon Loaf #2

 Ingredients List

  • 1 cn (14-oz) red sock-eye salmon
  • 1 1/2 c Mashed potato chips
  • 1 sm Onion; chopped
  • 3 tb Butter; melted
  • 3 lg Eggs
  • 3 tb Lemon juice
  • 1/3 c Milk


Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl & stir until well blended.
Pour into greased loaf pan about 11x5-inch size. Bake at 350 for 45
minutes. Great served with macaroni & cheese and peas & carrots.
