Salmon Party Ball
Ingredients List
- 16 oz Salmon; drained and flaked,
- -picked clean
- 1/4 ts Liquid BBQ Sauce; optional
- 8 oz Cream Cheese; softened
- 1 tb Onion; grated
- 1 tb Lemon Juice
- 2 ts Horseradish; prepared
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1/2 c Walnuts or Pecans; chopped
- 1/4 c Fresh Parsley; chopped
Directions
Combine all (may be mixed in food processor quickly) except nuts and
parsley. Chill. Shape into a log and roll in the nut mixture. Chill Again.
Serve with crackers.
