Salsa Burgers

 Ingredients List

  • 12 oz Ground beef -- lean
  • 2 tb Green chilies -- chopped
  • 1/2 c Salsa
  • 1 tb Wheat germ -- unsweetened
  • 1/4 c Egg substitute

 Directions

Spray broiler rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat broiler. Combine
all ingredients in a medium bowl. Shape into 4 equal patties. Broil patties
4" from heat 10-12 minutes or until desired doneness, turning once. Each
serving provides: 2-1/2 P, 1/4 V, 10 C Per serving: 198 cal, 18 g pro, 12 g
fat, 4 g car, 256 mg sod, 55 mg chol.
